Getting Started

New Year...new start
During a recent conversation with a friend, I realized how abundant the offering in my pantry are. Many items seem to have taken up permanent residence. I have determined to cook my way through them, with the help of my Homemade Gourmet seasonings and mixes. This is no easy task, with items like oyster sauce, sardines and sauerkraut lurking there. I hope you'll join me as I discover the back of my pantry (and freezer). Maybe you'll be inspired to start your own journey. I'll share the recipes and results as I go. Please share yours too!
